Energetic and growing CPA and financial advisory firm is looking for an out-going, service driven Client Development Coordinator to add to our amazing team. In this position, you will assist our clients by facilitating excellent service outcomes, execute our marketing strategy, and provide administrative support to our team members.

Administrative Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Coordinate various mailings and e-mails, including year-end organizers and tax documents.
  • Minimize distractions to professional staff.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the firm.
  • Be our telephone expert. Set the example.
  • Coordinate landscaping, maintenance, shredding, and cleaning services.
  • Monitor the e-filing of tax returns and extensions and correct minor issues.
  • Ensure office opens and closes, timely, with good client experience and minimal disruption to team members.

Client Service Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Execute the firm’s onboarding process for new clients.
  • Be the “go to” person and advocate for our client portal.
  • Escalate client concerns to appropriate persons or teams.
  • Monitor and tabulate electronic client surveys.
  • Be our director of first impressions.

Marketing Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Understand and communicate the firm’s value proposition and service levels.
  • Maintain our brand image consistency.
  • Manage and monitor the firm’s social media presence, including our web site,
  • Facebook, Twitter, Linked In and so forth
  • Maintain the firm’s database of clients and prospects.
  • Execute our involvement in community events and gatherings.
  • Plan client appreciation events.


  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree a plus, along with client service experience.
  • Must demonstrate problem solving skills and be able to begin with the end in mind.
  • Have an open and candid dialogue with the executive team and CEO.
  • Consistently improve skill set in utilizing our tax and practice management software.
  • Act as a role model for awesome client service and be our client service champion.
  • Skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Must be willing to learn and enhance technologies such as PowerPoint, GoToMeeting,
  • LinkedIn, Skype and social media platforms.
  • Ability to take sufficient notes at a meeting and prepare an accurate summary.
  • Good working knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, etc.
  • Well organized and able to carry out assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel, on occasion, for conferences, events, etc.
  • Ability to adapt the fast paced and ever-changing accounting and financial services industry.
  • An enthusiastic outlook and a can-do attitude. Have the desire to make every day productive and fun!
